Cloud
The full order workflow. Capture the scans, photos and a document, fill in the prescription form, then upload everything to the LutraCAD cloud. This is the tallest of the scan screens, with each row separated by a line.

Scan 3D row
Each side (left and right) has its own group of buttons.

2D Scan row
Take a photo of each foot. In Split mode (set in Settings) a single Scan button takes one wide photo and splits it into a left and a right half.

Place elements on a photo
When a 3D scan has a matching photo, a preview opens with the mesh on the left and the foot photo on the right, and a strip of elements along the bottom.
- Drag an element (for example a pelotte or a wedge) from the strip onto the foot photo.
- Resize it by dragging a corner.
- Select a placed element, then use the Rotate slider to turn it.
- Click Save to fix the elements onto the photo.
Fill in the prescription form
- Click Form. The latest prescription form is loaded and shown in its own window.
- Fill it in and submit. The Form button then shows highlighted.
- If the form has a Print button, you can print it.
The prescription form travels with the order when you upload.
Upload
Click Upload to send the reference, both sides, the photos, the document and the prescription form to the LutraCAD cloud. A green Uploaded message confirms, and the form clears. You can then retrieve the order in the LutraCAD Windows software with the Cloud import button, or download it from manager.lutracad.com.
The cloud keeps your scans backed up and reachable from anywhere, which makes it easy for a clinic and a lab to work together.
