Overview
The manager operates with three distinct layers: Clients, Projects, and Documents. This structure allows for efficient organization and easy retrieval of data.
Layers
1. Clients Layer
In the Clients layer, you can create and manage client profiles. Each client profile can include:
- Name
- Date of birth
- Client number
- Other relevant information
2. Projects Layer
The Projects layer allows you to create projects for each client. You can organize projects by:
- Year
- Different products
This flexibility enables you to structure your work according to your specific needs.
3. Documents Layer
The Documents layer contains various types of files associated with each project, such as:
- 2D and 3D scans
- Specification forms
- Photos
- Designs
- Other relevant documents
Special Tip for Labs
For Labs, we recommend using the layers slightly differently:
- Use the Clients layer to represent Clinics
- Use the Projects layer to represent Clients for each clinic
This approach allows you to organize all data per clinic, streamlining your workflow and improving data management.
Always ensure that you follow data protection regulations when storing and managing client information.
The top navigation bar
The top navigation bar is visible on every manager screen after you sign in.
Navigation links

Account dropdown
Click Account at the top right to open the account dropdown.

Additional items
- Update available: appears when a new software version is ready. Click it to download and install the update.
- Progress bar: appears during background operations. Wait for it to finish before continuing.
